A third chance for us to witness Sasha Regan’s award-winning All-Male Company has us return to the wonderful Wilton’s Music Hall, this time for Gilbert & Sullivan’s The Pirates of Penzance. One of their most famous operettas, The Pirates of Penzance features some of their greatest and perhaps most famous compositions including: Poor Wand’ring One, I Am The Very Model Of A Modern Major-General and With Cat-Like Tread Upon Our Prey We Steal.

Acclaimed Director Sasha Regan (Frank’s Closet, The Mikado, HMS Pinafore) has an ability to bring out the inherent humour and fun creating an award-winning, all-male and exquisitely funny new take on the classic.

In this maddest of times, let two of Britain’s barmiest storytellers, Gilbert and Sullivan, take you on an adventure with their much-loved tale of… The Pirates of Penzance.

Regan’s idea to transform these much-loved classics into all-male productions stems from her own experiences performing Gilbert and Sullivan at a single-sex school. Her shows are renowned for playing on the unique humour it creates.

With a great deal of interest in our first two visits, for HMS Pinafore and The Mikado, I have been waiting to be able to complete the hat-trick, and finally we can! Wilton’s Music Hall is the oldest Grand Music Hall in the World. It really is a joy to witness the building, let alone the productions. I’m sure many will be returning after our first two visits, as I know they shared my enthusiasm. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed if you choose to join us too.
