Leonardslee Illuminated with Christmas Market & Funfair Rides

For something new this Winter we thought we would visit the wonderful Leonardslee Illuminated with the convenience of return transport from three pick up points.

Leonardslee Illuminated is expected to sell out this year and we have secured a timed entry allowing for a leisurely Festive experience with any stress left to others.

The trail meanders through the magnificent, landscaped Grade I listed gardens and takes approximately 60 to 90 minutes to explore as we experience the gardens awash with light, sound, colour and festive cheer on a crisp Winter evening!

Winter Street Food, hot drinks and alcoholic beverages are on offer in the Christmas Market alongside the funfair outside the Main Entrance. Visit the Clocktower Cafe or Courtyard Cafe at the end of the trail for a selection of hot and cold beverages, snacks and farm shop produce.

We have allowed time before and after the trail for people to feast on the wonderful seasonal food and drink. In addition, there is time included to enjoy the thrill of the funfair rides and of course to buy gifts from the Christmas Market!

The Tale of Leonardslee Illuminated 

As Autumn becomes Winter and dark nights draw in, a powerful magic begins to fill the gardens.

We call this magic ‘Illuminated’ and we invite our guests to walk its trail of wonder, goodwill and cheer.

Each year the trail reveals an ever-changing blend of spellbinding illuminations, projections, music and theatrical performances woven into a festive dream for all to marvel at.
