The Art of Banksy
September 9, 2021
SUBVERSIVE. MYSTERIOUS. BRILLIANT.
The world’s largest collection of privately-owned Banksy art makes its mark on London for the first time, and for a limited period, in Convent Garden.
Previously seen by over 750,000 people in Melbourne, Tel Aviv, Auckland, Toronto, Miami, Gothenburg and Sydney, THE ART OF BANKSY is the new simply-can’t-miss exhibition showcasing one of the world’s most provocative and important living artists, providing “a welcome reminder of the explosive impact of Banksy’s works.” (Time Out)
On display as part of THE ART OF BANKSY are prints, canvasses, screen-prints, sculptures and limited-edition pieces mainly dated between 1997 and 2008 including well-known works such as ‘Girl with Balloon’, ‘Flower Thrower’ and ‘Rude Copper’, as well as lesser-known works on canvas, wood and paper.
Don’t miss this rare opportunity to explore the fascinating world of Banksy.
We have the chance to drop people for this exhibition as we are in the area on both Thursday 9th September visiting a couple of shows. I thought it would be a great opportunity to offer something a little different. For our previous visit to an exhibition (Tutankhamun) we took one full coach and would probably have taken a second if the pandemic hadn’t arrived!
Our entry time is 7.30pm and the exhibition closes at 9pm and so there will be time to grab a coffee, or something stronger if you prefer, before the coach will come by to pick you up for the return journey home.
Please note: The Art of Banksy is not authorised by Banksy and not curated in collaboration with the artist. All artworks are on loan from private collectors.
Offer Price – £39.50
