With local star Luke Brady taking the lead role of Moses
Experience the epic emotion and soaring music of The Prince of Egypt at the Dominion Theatre, London. The extraordinary new musical from three-time Academy Award-winner Stephen Schwartz, who previously wrote the scores for both Wicked and Godspell, stars local lad Luke Brady.
Taking the lead role of Moses, having previously starred in Sweeney Todd in Chichester and the West End alongside Michael Ball, Luke is joined by Liame Thame as Ramses (The Light in the Piazza) Christine Allado (Hamilton) and Alexia Khadime (Book of Mormon).
Journey through the wonders of Ancient Egypt as two young men, raised together as brothers in a kingdom of privilege, find themselves suddenly divided by a secret past. One must rule as Pharaoh, the other must rise up and free his true people; both face a destiny that will change history forever.
Based on the acclaimed DreamWorks Animation film, and featuring the Academy Award-winning, chart-topping song, When You Believe, as well as ten new songs for the stage show, The Prince of Egypt is an exhilarating, powerful and joyous celebration of belief and the human spirit.
Having attended schools locally in Mickleham and Dorking and graduating from RADA in 2016, Luke has been in high demand performing at the Globe, National, Young Vic and Duchess theatres as well as at the Edinburgh Festival. His work also includes TV – Fresh Meat, Channel 4 and film – Murder on the Orient Express, directed by Kenneth Branagh. One not to miss!
